Review: The guys over at FCC Collision Center in Milpitas are all very helpful, friendly, and professional. When I walked into the shop, I immediately felt comfortable as the shop was clean and inviting. Benny was the guy who oversaw the damage that was done to my car. Unfortunately, my car was hit while parked on the street in front of my home in the middle of the night (driver side quarter panel) so I didn't see nor did any of my neighbors seen who do it. I was very furious. Back to Benny, he was very friendly, thorough and honest with his estimations. My car was done and completed within the next 4 days. I must say that the body work they did was flawless - my car look brand new if not better! Color match of the paint was on point and my car never looked like it was damaged at all. In addition to that work, I also had them intall a spoiler, which they did great work on as well. I would definintely recommend this shop to anyone needing any body work for their vehicle. Their work is top notch and service is even better. Greg, the shop manager was also very accomodating and answered and addressed all my inquiries. He even paid for 1 day of my car rental! If that isn't awesome customer service, I don't know what is.

The guys over at FCC Collision Center in Milpitas are all very helpful, friendly, and professional. When I walked into the shop, I immediately felt comfortable as the shop was clean and inviting. I was able to watch progress on their website throughout the week, they would take pictures and post them so I could see what was happening. I picked up car as scheduled, without hassle. The paperwork had all taken care of. 30 days later I called to get a final wax job over the new paint, and they took care of that at no charge. They even gave me shuttle ride over to my work.

They were one of the preferred vendors from Farmer's for the person who hit my car. They took a look at it, I dropped off the car, and got a rental car right next door.
